We stand behind our products! We're confident you'll love Mr. Fuss. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns will be refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs will not be refunded). Exchanges are processed free of shipping costs and are only offered for products of equal value. Only orders from Germany are eligible for exchanges. Returns and exchanges are processed quickly, typically within 3-5 business days of receipt. For an exchange, the merchandise must be unopened and in original condition. Mr. Fuss monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns under this voluntary satisfaction guarantee are subject to validation and approval at Mr. Fuss's sole discretion. Additionally, contractual and legal conditions apply. Returns and exchanges are not possible for free gift promotions.
