The discoloration will fade on its own within a few days. To prevent this, you can cover your nails with a fatty cream before treatment. Even better: Apply the solution directly to painted nails.

Leaving the product on for too long can cause the treated areas of skin to dry out. The callous dries up again and cannot be removed. Instead: To achieve efficient removal of hardened skin, shortly before removal, you can moisten the cotton wool again with the solution to have a stronger effect.
