Questions about shipping
Here you'll find some common questions about shipping Mr. Fuss products
Which delivery service is used for shipping the goods?
In Germany, we ship your order with DHL. Shipments going abroad are transported by the respective DHL partners there.
Do I have free returns?
If you don't want to keep your order, you can of course return it to us. The return costs depend on the specific case. Legal aspects play a role, as well as the type and scope of the order. Check out our Terms of Service and the detailed Shipping Policy information.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely, and that's definitely something you should do. We will send you the tracking number for your order on the evening of dispatch. We ask you to keep an eye on the delivery when your order arrives.
Especially for international shipments, the delivery might not arrive as expected. By being proactive about the delivery as the recipient, you can avoid unwanted returns to us, the sender, and the associated costs.
How long does the delivery take?
We ship every order on weekdays on the day of receipt by 1 PM, or the next business day.
Our shipping partner DHL has short delivery times of 2 days, so your order can often arrive as early as the next day.
Questions about the order
Here are some common questions about ordering in general
What payment methods are available to me?
The available payment methods are very individual and depend on the specific circumstances of the order. Payment methods may vary depending on the delivery country. You can find details on the corresponding page.
Can I change my order afterwards?
That depends on the circumstances. We have very fast processing times. If you order right before the daily deadline at 1 PM, like at 12 PM, and then a change comes to your mind half an hour later, it might be too late because the order might already be in the shipping process.
Things look better if you order just after the processing cutoff, then you have time until 1 PM the next business day.
In any case, you can always write to us. Use this form. Or the one here on the page.
What if I change my mind?
You don't want to keep your order after receiving it? No worries, in this case, the legislation provides for a right of withdrawal.
This means that as a customer in mail order, you should have the same opportunity to inspect a product before purchasing as you would in a retail store.
But beware, don't confuse this right with the ability to fully try out the products. Especially for cosmetics, it goes without saying that once opened, they cannot be resold.
If, unexpectedly, you are not satisfied with one of our products, just write to us. We always find a solution.
I have a discount that is not being accepted?
Not all discounts can be combined. In 99% of cases, this will be the cause. Please check if you are trying to combine different discounts with your order.
If you're not sure, feel free to write to us!
Anti-Callus, Anti-Regrowth System
Here are the frequently asked questions and answers about Mr. Fuss's care system
I feel like I need so much of the solution?
The opposite should be the case when used correctly. It all depends on proper application. Please make sure to split the cotton into extra thin layers before using it. The thinner, the better. Dampen the thin layer of cotton with the solution and press the now moist cotton against the skin with the cap of the solution, so that the skin is visible through the damp cotton.
This is the correct method, and you really only need a few ml of the solution for each application.
Can I apply the Mr. Fuss Solution No. 1 or No. 4 on open blisters or open wounds?
Unfortunately, no. You shouldn't apply the solution on injured or irritated skin. Please wait until the affected areas are completely healed before using it.
Why does the cotton fall off and not stick?
This happens whenever the cotton is not well-soaked with the solution, which results in too little contact with the skin.
Please separate the cotton into the thinnest layers possible before use, the thinner the better. You just need the cotton to "hold" the solution on the skin. If the cotton is nice and thin, and the solution is applied correctly, the skin will shimmer through the moistened cotton!
Can I use the solutions during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
All Mr. Fuss products are regular cosmetic products. There are generally no special considerations regarding pregnancy for cosmetic products. If you want to be sure, ask your doctor. You can find the ingredients of the products on the respective product page under the "INCI" tab.
Does the bottle say danger of blindness?
The Mr. Fuss Aktiv-Lösung (No. 1 and No. 4) contains an alkaline solution. Proper handling is absolutely necessary. Mr. Fuss solution should also be kept out of reach of children. But if you follow the instructions, handling is safe. Take a look in your cupboard with household cleaners and read the warnings on each product. Even the simple shampoo in the shower doesn't seem so harmless upon closer inspection. The safety instructions are legally required and also serve the manufacturers as a limitation of liability!
How long do the solutions last?
For products that remain unopened for more than 3 years, it's sufficient to indicate the shelf life in relation to the opening of the packaging. In the case of Mr. Fuss Solution No. 1 and No. 4, the shelf life is guaranteed for 12 months after opening. You can recognize this information by the symbol of an open jar on the packaging and the corresponding number of months (e.g., "12M").
Can athlete's foot be treated with it?
Unfortunately, that's a clear no! Athlete's foot is a skin condition! Please don't experiment on yourself. Visit a specialist!
Can I use it without cotton wool?
Sorry, that only works in theory! In reality, the cotton "holds" the solution on the skin, allowing it to act on the skin. If you were to simply pour the solution onto the skin, it would flow everywhere. The solution has the consistency of water. The advantage of the cotton (when moistened) is that it keeps the solution in place, as mentioned, it basically "holds it in place," but it doesn't absorb like tissue would, and therefore doesn't diminish its effectiveness.
Is the application suitable for diabetics?
Considering that diabetics and at-risk patients (for example, people taking blood thinners) must avoid injuries, the Anti-Hornhaut Anti-Zuwachs System is definitely an interesting alternative due to its gentle removal and treatment method. It offers a significant advantage for these individuals in removing cuticle and treating calluses. Please consult your doctor beforehand for assurance.
Is the application also suitable for children?
If your child is older than 3 years, there's generally nothing against it. However, we've often noticed that parents wish to address certain “imperfections” of their children for aesthetic reasons. Please carefully consider whether removing your child's cuticle offers any physical benefits. Many things resolve themselves naturally over time. We believe one should intervene in the body’s regulatory mechanisms only if there is a real necessity! Please also note that you should initially test shortened application times with your child.
I have a corn, will it go away with the solution?
There are a few good reasons why you should leave the removal to someone who does it professionally. A corn consists entirely of dead skin. Inside, there's usually a core of compressed skin that needs to be removed. Our advice: Please visit a specialist or foot care professional if you have a corn.
Does the solution also help with ingrown toenails?
Ingrown toenails are a problem that mainly affects women. The most common cause of these issues is aesthetic reasons. Toenails are cut "round" for beauty purposes. The nails become too short, leading to growths of cuticle at the transition to the nail bed. If the nail cannot grow out, it can also lead to inflammation. You can resolve these calluses in time with the solution. The nail can grow out of the nail bed more easily. Please always cut toenails straight (in line with the toes). It's healthier and helps prevent the described problem. If you're experiencing a problematic condition, please consult a doctor.
Does the No 1 or No 4 also help with warts?
No. A wart is usually a viral skin infection and should be treated by a specialist or an appropriate caregiver.
Am I doing something wrong? Nothing seems to come off.
Please note that our system is equipped with 2 solutions of varying strength. The results may vary accordingly depending on the application. Also note:
1. The treated areas must be dry
Ensure your skin is dry. Sometimes a footbath is taken beforehand, for example. This is unfavorable for the treatment, as the skin has already absorbed water, and the solution cannot penetrate the skin.
2. The cotton should be used sparingly
Sometimes a thick wad of cotton is used. Although the cotton is soaked with the solution, unfortunately not enough solution reaches the area to be treated. A good indicator is the fact that you can clearly see the moist skin shining through the cotton. The thinner the cotton (as it's only a carrier), the less solution you use.
Why are my fingernails turning yellowish?
This can occasionally be observed in users. Most of the time, these slight discolorations occur with very soft nails and too long application times. The discoloration resolves itself within a few days. To avoid it, you can cover the nails with a fatty cream before the treatment. Even better: Use the solution directly on painted nails.
Do I no longer need to go for foot care now?
That depends on what services your foot care has provided so far. By using the Mr. Fuss solution, you can't replace the full range of a foot care studio. Besides, visiting a foot care professional can also be a matter of "pampering".
However, more and more foot care professionals are also using our solution in their practice. Just ask about it or feel free to recommend our products there.
Should you soak your feet beforehand?
No. This is one of the most common sources of error. Please apply the Mr. Fuss solution directly to dry skin. If the skin is wet (as is the case after bathing), the solution cannot work effectively. The result might be unsatisfactory.
This is the right way: Treat the cuticles and calluses on hands and feet with Mr. Fuss. Afterwards, a relaxing foot bath, for example, can replace the rinsing process. Your feet will thank you.
Do I need to leave the solution on longer for thick calluses?
Leaving the solution on for too long can cause the treated areas of skin to dry out. The hardened skin will dry again and cannot be removed. Better: To achieve efficient removal with severe calluses, re-wet the cotton with the solution just before the intended removal to have a stronger effect.
If necessary, it may be necessary to repeat the application at intervals of a few days.
What's the difference between No. 1 and No. 4?
Basically, both solutions differ primarily in the intensity of their effect. Anyone who has discovered the benefits of gentle manicure and pedicure without using sharp or rough tools might want to use the procedure with more intensity.
While No. 4 has a normal keratolytic (meaning callus-dissolving) effect, No. 1 is noticeably stronger in its effect.
For beginners, we recommend using No. 4 or our Starter Kit, which includes both solutions.
How often should I do the treatment?
The best results are achieved when dead skin is removed layer by layer with this gentle method. We recommend applying once every 1-2 weeks if there is a lot of dead skin. This way, it gradually reduces layer by layer. After some time, applying once every 1-2 months or even less often will be sufficient.
